Lake Hickorynut Winter Garden FL is a small lakefront community. Lake Hickorynut is on the northwestern shore of the lake from which it gets its name from.  This community is more than just a little bit off of the more beaten path but worth discovery.

Lake Hickorynut has approximately 50 homes and vacant lots. There is no gate because truthfully there is very little traffic that drives through the community. The HOA is fairly low compared to the neighboring communities and that is the way the residents here prefer it.

The Lake was a very peaceful and serene place when this community was first built. The first home was completed in 1959 and quite a few lots are still available. Access to shopping, dining and the local turnpike are so close a person could get spoiled. Rumor has it that a 4 year college is going to be built just a mile or so north. Thigs have certainly changed but life of Lake Hickorynut is still great.
