Valley View Drive Winter Garden FL

Valley View Drive Winter Garden FL is my favorite street to drive down in this neighborhood. It is long enough to enjoy the beautiful trees, the homes and other things to view. It is also a great example of what a beautiful community they could built 20 years ago when a little bit of effort was involved. Most of us would love to live in any of these homes.

Courtlea Oaks

Valley View Drive in Winter Garden FL is 1,560 feet long from its northwest beginning to its southeastern conclusion. On the northeastern end it intersects with Forest Haven Drive just south of the northern entrance to the neighborhood. The southeast end is where this road simply changes its' name but still leads directly to the southwest entrance.

These Beautiful Homes

There are 20 amazing homes on this road. Some overlook the pons and quite a few others back up to the green space and the West orange Trail. These houses were built in the late 1990's and early 2000's and still look great. Expect fairly decent size homes and larger than average yards.
