Just some quick tip about purchasing land for sale. If you are purchasing a parcel of land or a AC lot which is usually an acre of less walk out the land. You will never guess what you will find and often you will save yourself problems later. Endangered species, eagles nests and many other things can keep you from using the land for what you want. An old Indian burial ground or a graveyard may be in the middle of the property. There may be a well or old structure in some cases that nobody knows about.

Before Walking The Land

Get permission even if the land looks accessible and it is not posted. There may be livestock or dangerous animals on the land that need taken care of before you visit. Some bulls will chase after you just because they are mean. Don't assume it will be alright. It is best to go with someone else as a witness or to assist if needed.
