Homes for rent in Hawksmoor are seldom available. Currently there are fewer than 12 but we expect that number to increase. As the community grows a little older and more people discover it more homes will be up for lease. This is one of my favorite communities and one of my favorite builders built it. Some of the homes are incredible.

Homes for rent in Hawksmoor may be either townhomes or traditional single family homes. The traditional homes make up the bulk of the community. The townhomes are found toward the east while the traditional homes are closest to the amenities center. Some of the townhomes do have downstairs master bedrooms and two car garages are the norm.

The Amenities & Local Area

It just takes a quick glance to see the amenities are incredible. I actually took some of the photos of the pool area just after it was built and gave them to the builder What you do not see in the photo is just as impressive but we will leave that to a later discovery.

The local area improves every week. There is now a Publix Supermarket, golf course, Orlando Health and even more all within a 5 minute drive. Walt Disney World is 15'ish minutes depending on the route and traffic. Turnpike access is about a 8 minute drive.
