The homes here were built between 2006 and 2007. The floorplans are from 1,900 to just under 3,600 square feet of living area. Most of the nearby communities along Daniels Road have similar sizes but most are not gated. If you want a community in a gated community but do not want to overspend then this community is a great place to start or end your search. I know of several homes in Cobblestone which have been significantly remodeled.

The amazing location

One of several perks of being on or preferably near Daniels Road is the local shopping. By local shopping I mean the Winter Garden Village to the south about 1-2 miles away. It has over 80 acres of useful shops, service providers and restaurants. Included are a Lowes, Target, LA Fitness and one of the best pizza shops I have ever been to. Definitely, check it out. Just past the Winter Garden Village is access to the local turnpike for those trips to more distant locations and the Orlando Airport.

Southward

To the south in under 2 miles are the downtown area and Colonial Drive both over 100 years old. Colonial Drive is a go to place for many stores but not so much for distant commuting from Cobblestone. Downtown Winter Garden is a trendy yet historic location suited for those times you want to show off Winter Garden to visitors or just get out for a while.
