Bostonian Drive Winter Garden FL is a medium length street. Bostonian Drive probably does not have many homes designed like the homes in Boston. These homes would look rather unique there as I recall. Nonetheless they are amazing and the community happens to be my favorite.

Overlook at Hamlin

Bostonian Drive in Winter Garden FL reaches for 900 feet. This road will be the first road on your left after entering the community from the western entrance shown above. Look closely as it comes up quickly and there are some attractive distractions. Namely the pond and upcoming amenities center.

The street flows from north to south. It connects Minutemen Loop in two different places. The homes on this road are somewhat out of view and private since this street gets such a small amount of traffic. Still this is a great part of the overall neighborhood.

The 21 homes on this street were built between 2014 and 2018. on this road there are 2 open spaces which are owned by the HOA. The smallest house is a 1,700 sf 4 bedroom and 2 bath home.
